Platinum Freight Solutions Ltd is based in Christchurch. This policy covers the personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

Only what you give us through the contact and quote forms: your name, phone number, email address, pick up and delivery addresses, and the details of your enquiry.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange the freight you ask us to move. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell it.

How it is handled

Form submissions are sent to our inbox by email through Mailgun, and kept only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or meet our legal obligations.

Spam protection

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to keep out spam. It collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies or run analytics. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies on the contact and quote pages to tell people from bots.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
